Questions
How much Flash knowledge is required for customizing your
templates?
Our templates are
designed with basic Flash knowledge in mind. A few of our templates have some
effects that were creted using third party programs. We will customize the text
in these files at no extra charge. Otherwise, Flash basics are usually all that
are needed; creating new symbols such as buttons graphics and movie clips. Most
of our templates are designed so that the end user only has to edit graphic
files and button text. Readme files are included for files that require a bit
more knowledge. Our templates are also an ideal way for beginners to learn
Flash basics and save time.
Can I resell your templates?
No. The end user
license is for editing your own website or multimedia presentation and to
distribute the Flash movie (.swf file) to your users and clients on a
royalty-free basis.
Do
you offer customization services?
Yes. We will
customize the FLA file with your company information. Our customization prices
are listed with the information for each template. An insertion order for each
template can also be downloaded. The insertion orders allow you to provide us
with all of the necessary information for customizing your template.
Do
you offer support?
Yes, we offer limited
support as far as answering general questions about our templates and basic
help with Flash. We do not offer Flash training.
What do I need to edit the templates?
All of our earlier
templates were designed using Flash 5. Our newer templates require Flash MX and
is noted in the Template description.
Can I use Swish to edit the files?
No.
Can I add my own music and photos?
Yes. Video files can
also be included if you are using Flash MX.
What is the difference between .SWF files and .FLA
files?
The SWF file is the
rendered movie of the flash presentation. The .FLA file is the source code and
can be edited and re-rendered.
